1/4 cup melted butter (or milk)
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream (use lite sour cream, if desired)
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread thawed potatoes in a well-greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Mix the next six ingredients and pour over potatoes. Fold into potatoes.
Combine crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 1 hour or until hot and golden brown.
